Here's what is available:

Power Hour is going to offer a self defense workshop after school on Friday March 26. The workshop will last an hour an a half (Location TBD). The workshop is free but limited to 25 students and, of course, a few teachers. Sign ups are in room 407.

Westfield/North County Fair is offering a safety seminar to girls on Saturday, March 20. There are 3 classes:  11:30am, 1:30pm and 3:30pm.  Sign up at the concierge booth in the mall.

Reminder, beginning March 10, school will be from 7:30a - 2:25p on Wednesdays except for March 24th.

Summer school will be held at Orange Glen and is open only to EUHSD students on a limited basis. Session 1 will be 6/1 - 6/22 (13 days, NO Fridays!) and Session 2 will be 6/23 - 7/15 (13 days, NO Fridays!, July 5th is a holiday). Session 2 is available to incoming 9th graders on a extremely limited basis.  Letters of confirmation of summer school class assignment(s) will be mailed home 10-14 days prior to the start of each session. Counselors have been enrolling students over the past few weeks.  Please call your student's counselor 760-291-6049 or the summer school secretary at 760-291-6020 if you have questions.

Congrats to our team for defeating top-seed Rancho Bernardo 1-0 with a goal by Andrew M. They now play at home on Tuesday, March 9 at 4pm against Santa Ana Valley in the first round of the state tournament.

For the next year and a half, SP will have new buildings constructed and facilities renovated.  An addition next to our gym will bring a new dance and wrestling rooms, as well as an addtional classroom. This summer we will renovate the AG building and install a all-weather track and synthetic field in our stadium. After the school year, we will begin working on a 15-classroom, 2-story building to replace the 900 portables.  Please stay out of the fenced-off areas. Some of the staff parking to the north and behind campus will move to the student lot nearest the 800 building.

Our district is evaluating our AP/Honors program.  If your student has taken these types of courses, please take a couple of minutes to participate in a survey.  Click here for more information: 

AP Exams are now available for purchase.  They can be purchased for $86.00 per exam at the cashiers office or on the school website - go to the Cashier and follow the link.
