If a student moves out of the Escondido school district they must go to the district office about an Inter-District transfer form if they want their student to remain at San Pasqual.
If a student moves within our school district but outside of San Pasqual's boundary then they need to get an Intra-District transfer from either the San Pasqual registrar or the district office.
We recommend that you order your transcipts online at Docufide if you graduated after 2011. This is an electronic transmission of your Transcript. There is a $5.00 charge.
Current students may request a transcript for scholarship oranganizations or for college admission. Please have your student come in and fill out a transcript request slip, available through the registrar in the counseling office. Students are responsible for requesting transcripts be sent to the Colleges/Universities. Transcripts for our current students are free.
If you want to get a transcript from SP, graduated students who need a copy of their transcripts will need to pay a $3 fee. The $3 are payable via cash or money order. Personal checks are not accepted. We will need the name you were enrolled under, your birthdate, year of graduation and the address you want the transcript sent to. You may also walk in, pay the cashier and bring the receipt to Mrs. Dalley for an official transcript.
New Student Registration
If your student will be new to San Pasqual High School in the Fall, please contact Mrs. Dalley, our registrar, at 291-6059 for an appointment. We will ask that you bring with you two proofs of residence (utility bills preferred) , the student's birth certificate, and immunization records. If possible, please bring copies of the California High School Exit Exam (CAHSEE) results and the California Physical Fitness Test (PFT) results.
