Principal’s Message....
Our school year has gotten off to a good start. The teachers have come back prepared to provide students with a positive and productive learning environment. Students have gotten back into the routine of school and study. The bar of expectation is being raised higher for faculty/staff and for students. Our assessment data from last year shows our students are continuing to improve academically.
As we move forward through this year, new challenges towards excellence will be expected of all the school’s constituencies. We need to work together to support our students in their attainment of the knowledge and skills necessary for success beyond San Pasqual High School.
- Encourage your student to take the appropriate time for study and to do all the required work for her/his classes.
- If your student is struggling in a course, make sure they talk with the teacher regarding their academic concerns (don’t wait until the last minute, before grades are due).
- If you have concerns about your student’s progress, feel free and comfortable to call her/his teachers and/or counselor.
Go Golden Eagles!
Respectfully yours,
Erin Smith, Principal
